Booking a reservation

Important: All bookings are only valid after written confirmation. If you do not receive a confirmation within one day, please notify us via email.

Cancellation/Modification of a reservation:

  • If a cancellation or modification is made within 48 hours before the reserved time, 50% of the rental fee is payable. For cancellations or modifications within 24 hours, 100% of the rental fee is due.
  • For studio bookings longer than three hours or full-day reservations, 50% of the rental fee is payable if canceled or modified within 72 hours, and 100% is due if within 24 hours.
  • Cancellations are only accepted if sent via email.

Our studio reserves the right to modify bookings as necessary, with prior written notification always provided, and appropriate compensation offered if applicable. Additionally, we reserve the right to cancel bookings in emergency situations, such as power outages or water supply issues. In such cases, we will do our utmost to offer alternative solutions and compensate affected rentals.

Arrival

Upon arrival, an assistant will greet you at our studio and hand over the space for your rental. If you have any questions or encounter issues related to your rental, feel free to ask them. The assistant will help with the operation of the flashes and provide you with the flash trigger. If you require additional technical assistance, please make use of our assistant service.
If you plan to arrive with a larger group (+15 people), please contact us in advance.
If you wish to film in the studio, please contact us in all cases. If possible, we recommend visiting the studio before making this type of booking. For audio recordings requiring complete silence, we can only guarantee it if the entire studio is rented.
If you wish to use any equipment that is not pre-arranged and prepared at the start of your rental, please make sure to notify us in advance.
The reservation applies only to the room you have rented. Please respect this and do not enter any other room. The studio reserves the right to switch the rental between Room 01 and Room 02 unless there is a specific request for one of them (e.g., direct sunlight, fine art backdrop, etc.), as the two rooms are nearly identical. Please communicate any related preferences to us via email.
The studio opens 15 minutes before the first rental. Rental time is scheduled on the hour, so please leave the room exactly at the end of your rental time, including cleanup. If no one is scheduled after you and you wish to extend your rental, please let us know during your booking. If your shoot or filming runs over time and someone is booked after you, the room must be vacated promptly on the hour.
We are not responsible for any items left behind. All found items will be kept safe for one month.

Decoration

Please return the room in the same condition as you received it. We are happy to assist with rearranging smaller items. The studio reserves the right to inspect the room and check the equipment at the end of the rental, but before payment.
If any damage to the studio’s furnishings occurs due to the renter’s fault, the renter is responsible for covering the cost. We reserve the right to invoice the damages afterward as well.
Stepping on the curved cove area of the built white backdrops is strictly prohibited, as the surface cannot be cleaned and poses a risk of damage. In such cases, repainting costs 25,000 HUF, which will be charged to the renter and may be invoiced afterward.

Makeup, Dressing, and Waiting:
You can wait in the studio’s lobby. Makeup and dressing can be done in the designated area within the room, which is included in the rental time.

Number of People for Photography

Our rooms can accommodate up to 15 people without any issues. For larger groups, please coordinate with us in advance.

Dogs, Cats, and Small Pets

The studio is pet-friendly, but if you plan to bring a dog, we have a few requests. Only bring house-trained and friendly dogs. Dogs should not go on the sofas; please provide a designated resting place for them. For dog photography sessions, please pay extra attention to ending the rental time promptly to allow sufficient cleaning before the next booking. If you bring more than two dogs, an additional hour will be charged to allow for cleaning and airing out the space.
